Biodegradable Plastics

I just did my groceries yesterday afternoon for a very special day this coming week. It was so hot outside that I had to bring an umbrella. When I came to the cashier, I found out that my grocery bag (which was made of plastic) was so full that I requested the "cashier cum bagger" lady to give me an additional plastic grocery bag. She said I will be charged 2PhP for it. When I gave her the coins, she suddenly refused and told me, "That's okay, you don't need to pay." (Weird).

When I got home, I noticed the two large sized plastic bags were printed: "BIODEGRADABLE PLASTIC." Then I asked myself with a raised eyebrow, "Since when plastics became biodegradable?" For all I know, it will take almost eons to completely destroy plastics.

Then, I clicked, clicked, clicked my computer mouse..... I shut up. You know why?

Here's the answer:
:-P
