Again, I woke up very late today not because of my "night job" but because I got a terrible headache yesterday that it continued the whole night last night. I guess it was due to the ripped-off ceiling I have shown yesterday. Anyway, I woke up at around 11AM and I cooked a supposed-to-be quick brunch but I finished at 12:30PM. And this was the result.

Actually, I started cooking when I got older. When I was younger, we had a cook (I'm not really rich, but my parents provided us with one)... and I usually criticize her cooking. Yeah I'm mean. That's because I have taste buds for real nice-looking and great tasting food. Until the time came when I need to learn how to cook. (The details on why I must learn how to cook will be told when my diary unfolds :-P).
What people really don't know is that I have passion for cooking. They have thought that I can't do it.... but then later I proved them wrong. Not only because I need to learn but I want to learn.

So, there's the finish product for the day. It's a not-so-good meal actually. But I don't have a choice but to cook canned corned beef and "nuke" my near-frozen rice in the microwave. I have to put something in my stomach.
Hmmm... "I have to..." , "I need to...." , "I want to..." <-- there are differences right?
